Bladed Shields

Hey,
I'm looking for Bladed Shields with the following Mod:
-2 wE


I prefer Singlemods, but if there is a Dualmod I'll buy also, depending on the price of course
I don't care about the mod ( if there is a second), I don't care if it is gold or purple or blue, I even don't care if it's not max Armor - as long it gives me 8 Armor without having skilled
