Do Hearts of the North Foes drop Greens?

Title says it, I have been looking for the info but have been unable to find an answer. To be specific; if I farm a Thackery quest in EoTN will green items drop from the White Mantle or Peacekeapers? TY

The only green I got was from the Rotwing, and he will drop it every time, but no other greens have dropped for me.

Rotwing is the only known creature to drop greens in the Thackery quests.

I remember a thread from back then and the consensus was that no greens or minis dropped doing Hearts of the North, but some claimed they were getting Confessor's orders.

yes confessor orders do drop (just was doing these on one of my characters), but no greens.
