Access to Gw.En lv 20 Fact , lv 10 Nightfall
Syn Wind
Ok as ive come back from a long break to gw , im going through factions, and noticed u dont get access to gw.en area till ur virtually lv 20 in factions and done a few missions first, but in night fall, u can get to lv 10 since its a hero campaign side u get the derv hero and the quest to go thru to shivers from a ground shaking crack in the wall quest where u get dwarf asuran hero , im not sure what levels ppl r in proffercies and get to lions arch then get "what lies beneath" quest , but why the difference in levels and ease to which players get access ??

Level 10 is the minimal requirement no matter what campaign you enter Eye from.
You level much quicker in Factions, so it looks like more is required, as you have to reach the mainland, (Faction born), to reach the required quest.
In Prophecies, you can get to Lion's Arch via a run at any level, but you must be level 10 for the quest to be active.

It's whenever you get to the port city, like all campaign travel. It just so happens that in Factions that's about level 20 and less in other campaigns.

I've run a new character to LA at level 7 without a runner. You can also get to Kaineng Center by level 8-9 from new factions character, but more typically 14-15 playing normally. So by no means do you end up around level 20 before accessing EotN from any campaign.

I could never understand why nf had instant access to what would be the main outpost (kamadan) almost instantly if a native elonian.Prophs had la and you had to get there by any means , factions you were stuck on shing jea till you did the set primarys. But unsure why but factions even though you leveled fast , it seemed to take longer to get to kaineng
Syn Wind
ok, sry about the "u" just used to texting it that way, and prophecies was just a typo , just saying , but ok sry cosyfeip
yes agree spiritz it seems to take forever to get there thru doing area quests and then the missions o.O

You can get to Kaineng more or less by the time you get level 10, as soon as you're in the mainland - the run from the Marketplace to Kaineng Center is easy and short.
So, two missions and a couple of quests in Shing Jea... which get you to level ~10 anyway, making it comparable to NF's access.
