Echo would be worth more if it was perfect, but it still has some collector value, can't see this as an useful item in any situation, but there are echo collectors so you might get ~50k for this one. Possibly off so wait for more opinions...
Amber wand is quite common skin and not desired, the mods are perfect but not that useful combination, so imo 5-10k is possible
