Farming WiK minis

Just got this crazy idea and wonder if it is even possible?

We know polar bear drops from a couple of Wintersday quest end chests, but I don't know where Dorian, Isaiah and Peacekeeper drop.

Wiki says Peacekeeper drops Peacekeeper, but does it matter if you are in HM or NM? Certain bounties or quests better chance than others?

Then, does any white mantle toon drop Dorian and Isaiah or is it only in the final quest in the story line? For instance, does only Dorian drop Dorian?

I got a Dorian during the birthday event, normal mode, WiK doing "A Little Help from Above". I almost missed picking it up as it blended in with all the green of my group.

I think since it was during the birthday event the "double unique drop rate" was probably active. I have done a considerable amount of WiK bounties and never seen anything mini-wise. I have accumulated almost all of the green weapon drops except for 1 though.

Killed enough of them to get 3 stacks of Confessor Orders and got plenty of green weapons but never a miniature. I used a Nebo Terrace Wanted quest left in the log to do this. I've personally taken 8 characters through WiK and helped guildies when asked for the shot at drops at least a half dozen more times without anyone ever getting a drop.

If you're fortunate to get one then kudos but the incredibly low drop rate makes a targeted farm for them somewhat prohibitive.

I've been doing the 3 in north kryta (vakar, sarnia and lev)...with 6-8 characters for the last 16 odd months....NEVER got a green from any of them nor a mini.....the ONLY time I have gotten a green was during the quests --and ONLY on one of my characters (she has gotten 3 greens).
I am not really thinking I will ever get one unless I buy them

They drop both in nm and hm, afaik at the same drop rate. They are farmable and when WiK was fresh a lot of people where doing it (specially the courier quest in watchtower coast was popular cause it had the highest drop rate (compared to the effort invested). But it all died out cause the drop rate was (and still is) so low there are far more efficient ways of getting money/valuables.

Used to "vanquish" watchtower coast in normal mode with my rit, because the groups are usually pretty small and it has both mantle and peacekeepers. Haven't done it since the SoS nerf though, so idk how effective that would be.

Used this build: OACjEKiMJTDgXT+glTdiVT7iOTA (i know it's not very imaginative). Saw a few of the green weapons drop but never a mini, so you might find it frustrating.

during double drop rate for GREEN ITEMS the GREEN minis + items have increased drop rates from BOSSES - so yeah. itll help bunches

walk outside of beetledun on the right in that small area (3 bosses area) there are 3 bosses...MILK IT BOYZ MILK IT!!!!!!
