Faceroll through HM content with the abuse of gimmick builds.
Human Player:
Ideally, you would run the standard AP caller bar of your profession.
If you wish to run another bar (without hexes), I would advise dropping the death pact signet on Gimmick 5 and replacing it with an aoe hex such as shadow of fear.
Remember though, there is amazing syenergy YMLAD and the oppressive gaze + bleeding signet combination with poison, bleeding, and weakness being spread to all adjacent foes.
Slightly modified Discordway, only optimized to fit with the other gimmicks.
Ineptitude is amazing aoe damage and melee shutdown.
An essential part of any gimmick team build.
Stolen Speed is an extremely powerful (and often underestimated) elite in HM. It is capable of reducing any mob to its NM equivalent.
E-surge provides added support via weakness and an aoe spike.
SoS provides a damage buffer with spirits and shouts while also complimenting damage with an aoe hex and cracked armor.
Take note that the weapon sets are not required; they simply speed up the clearing process. However, you should rune the armor if you wish to do HM.
This team build is not fragile, but it is also not invulnerable.
Although, this is more due to the new kiting mechanics of AI.
There is this wonderful tendency to evade melee by kiting half a compass range away, evading heals along with the melee.
Easy to guess how that always ends without intervention.
Credit to the creator of Discord and Anet for the mesmer buffs.

overload is garbage, put in 2 cry of fustrations instead, more aoe damage and more rupts since you aren't running panic.

Stolen Speed should be running illusion and then running 2 esurge or panic/esurge for better gimmick. inspired/revealed hex is relatively useless. either Hex eater signet for eating aoe hexes or shatter hex (if it casts on EVAS). The rest is acceptably gimmicky crap.

The necro builds are horribly sub par, if this "rolls HM content", that's impressive. The player bar I am just tired of seeing. I don't even understand how people can think this build is strong at all. It has nice KD, Deep Wound and Cracked Armor, but the latter of which are only applied when target is about to die anyway. I'm not fond of Accumulated Pain in the Inept bar, would be better to have another energy management type of skill, perhaps Leech Signet, since those mesmers usually run low on energy quickly. I like Shared Burden over Stolen Speed, but I can understand why you're using it.

I don't know about overload being garbage, but CoF may push their energy to the limit. I'll test out that variant on my next vanquish.
Also Stolen Speed isn't exactly useless. Just give it a chance and you'll see.

Inspired/revealed hex is there to quickly and easily remove monster hexes, and when there are none, it's e-management and more cover hexes for the discord team.
I did try out a shatter hex variant, but it ran their energy pools into the ground due to them constantly spamming it.
I have no doubt that this would roll over most parts of PvE HM.
But like all discordway team builds, you start to justify bringing skills just to feed discord which requires both hex and condition to be on the target. For example, why we bring inspired hex instead of Shatter hex? To better feed discord. Why we bring Overload instead of CoF? To better feed discord. So on and so forth for many of the skills in the build.
The build itself is very typical of a discordway hero team build and should just be called discordway instead of pretending to be something else. I would replace spirit rift with Ancestor's Rage.
Discordway is definitely still feasible as a build but like all builds, it has its own pros and cons. If the OP can demonstrate that the team build is flexible enough to be split for the 4-man and 6-man areas for vanquishing that would be great.

Shadow of fear has anti synergy with your illusion mes. Drop that for weaken armor.
Maybe put guilt on one of the dom mesmers instead of p-drain just to reduce them from overlapping?
Stolen Speed imo is a great elite, but I don't get why you'd use it since the whole build has pretty quick acting skills anyway. Discord being a 1 second cast and the mes's having FC, why not swap it for a second E-surge?
I'd put splinter weapon over spirit rift. Splinter can go on minions if you're not melee, and spirit rift is too slow for most groups, which you should roll through.
Recuperation is an awesome skill, drop recovery for it, or drop recovery for life, and put recoup in place of life.
