Urgoz chest or random drop in the urgoz instance?
If they come from the chest they are inscribable, which makes them rather useless, though you could get around 5-10k for them.
If they are from the urgoz instance(random drop) they can be worth a few ecto more, depending on their mods.

You need to ID them.... could get a few k unidentified, but not much more.
Illusion and Blood don't come with inscription. So yours are not inscribable.
