Keiran's Bow - can't start missions

As stated in the title, even though I equip the "Keiran's Bow", I can not start the missions from HoM. What am I supposed to do?

Have you already completed the missions? if so are you equipping the right bow (not the one your hero Keiran comes with)?

nvm both bows should work only other thing I can think of is, is the bow customized to the char that is trying to enter the mission?

Actually, no. The "Keiran's Bow" that *Gwen* gives you in the HoM is the one you need to have equiped for the HotN quests. The "Keiran's Bow" that Thackeray comes equiped with as a hero cannot be used to start the repeatable Hearts quests (though you can swap to that one or any other bow once IN the mission):

Both are green bows, but they have different skins. Additionally the one Keiran-hero comes with has an empty inscription slot and is moddable. Check to see which one you have equipped.

For those who have a favourite bow don't forget you can switch bows once you start the Quest
