PC OS dual mod shield and q7/15 shield

I need a pc on these two items please:

Shadow Shield (not inscribable)
16 armor q9 str
+10 vs undead
-2 w/ench

Plated Shield (blue)
15 armor q7 str
inscribable

Shadow shield - well terrible skin, but excellent mods - I think 15-20e is possible. Some ppl like the skin btw... so someone might even pay a few ectos more (doubt that anyone offers more than 20e tbh)
Plated shield would be worth a lot more if it was tactics, but plateds don't come in tactics.... str low req insc. don't have much demand, possibly 5-10k, personally would probably merch to save time

Agree with Blackzilla on the Shadow Shield 15-20e
Plated may get you 10-20k if you find the right person but that could take a lot of time.
