WTB 3-attribute wands/offhands/staves (NOT triple mods) and 20/20 PREBUFF Earth Staff

Greetings! I'd like to add to my small collection of 3-attribute items. I am NOT looking for triple-mod drops from the Mausoleum. I am in search of items which have three different attributes in their inherent features. Note that the items for which I am looking CANNOT be inscribable. These items have one attribute for their requirement (damage/energy), another attribute for their HCT mods, and a third for HSR mods (alternatively, either the HCT or HSR mod could be a +1 Attribute (Chance: xx%) mod). In case the pictures I've attached aren't working, here's an example:

Cane
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 12 Domination Magic)
Halves casting time of Illusion Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of Inspiration Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

I would prefer items which have three different attributes from the same profession (like the Cane example, where all of the attributes are for mesmers) OR items which have attributes from three different professions. The three-profession items are the ones I most desire at the moment. An example of this type of item is:

Koi Scepter
Cold Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Water Magic)
Halves skill recharge of Restoration Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves casting time of Illusion Magic spells (Chance: 20%)


ADDED:
I am also looking for a 20/20 PRE-BUFF staff with any requirement (preferably an Earth Magic or Energy Storage requirement) and with 20/20 mods both matched to Earth Magic. For reference, when stripped of a staff head and wrapping, its inherent features should look something like this:

Earth Staff (or any other staff name that can have this req/mod combo)
Energy +10
Earth Damage 11-22 (Requires X Earth Magic/Energy Storage)
Halves Skill Recharge of Earth Magic Spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves Casting Time of Earth Magic Spells (Chance: 20%)

I have some other pre-buff staves I could put in as part of a trade if you like that sort of thing, or we could do a straight cash/ecto sale.

EDIT: Thanks to Silvara for informing me that offhands of this nature can still drop (at least when all the attributes are from the same profession)! Staffs definitely cannot with the 20% universal recharge, but the offhands make me think that wands like this might still be able to drop!

Bump 1. Thanks for the offer, Dschhin, but I'm only looking for items with THREE different attributes, not 20/10 items, as the 10% mod is attribute free.

If your item has three different attributes and does not have max HSR/HCT percentages (for example, a 19/19 wand), I WOULD STILL LIKE TO BUY IT. The big rule is that it must have three DIFFERENT attributes listed in its stats.

I would love to have a 20/20 prebuff earth staff, so let me know if you're selling. I do have req 8 20/19 (all divine) and req 10 20/20 (all prot) monk staffs that I would be willing to trade toward a 20/20 earth staff.

Bump 10! I'm extending this to 20 bumps due to the immense success I've had acquiring 3-attribute items. Also, I have not gotten any leads on a 20/20 prebuff earth staff, so I'd like to keep this going a bit longer to see if I can find one.
