PC on q.8 pre-nerf odball amber staff, various other unusuals

Hey I've got this weird oldschool staff and i wondered if someone could clear this up for me

Amber staff (pre nerf so no inherant 20%)
Energy +10
q.8 fire
hsr 10% (inherent)
with 2 upgrade slots

Now i have been told that pre-nerf staffs are supposed to have 3 upgrade slots however i don't think that this one does. Any clues?

also got some other items that need a pc:

q.9 15^50 kaineng axe

canthan fire staff q.10 fire hct 10%

amber staff 10k / merchant. its singlemod...
FYI: pre nerfed staves don't have 3 upgrade slots. they SHOULD have 2 inherent mods below the dmg mod (like hsr10% and hct 10%).

shadow ~100k
eternal 5-15k maybe
mursaat 10k
grinning recurve could get 10-20k
kaineng 10k~
merch others imo
