Arachni's Haunt Problem

Hey guys, so I just killed the boss at the end of level 1 of AH, and where the boss key should be given...it hasn't. Is this a bug?

1. there are 2 bosses to kill.
2. did you get all the egg piles, it is easy to miss some.
3. if you did the above, the key spawns at a particular spot, (not necessarily where the boss died) look around

indeed, the boss doesn't drop the key, the key is dropped around his spawning point if! you burned all the nests and killed both spider matriarch's. if you didn't burn all the eggs or skipped the first matriarch altogether the key won't spawn.

I have encountered a possibly similar problem before. First of all make sure you don't have any spirits sitting ontop of spawn points.
If either the key or the 2nd matriarch itself hasn't spawned backtrack a whole lot, like, to the last beacon of droks and then proceed back to the spawn point. For me this caused it to spawn finally, so hopefully this works for you as well? If not then I suggest you open a support ticket with the official support forums.

If the key doesn't spawn on the first floor I'm pretty sure you can still glitch through the door into the second level might need to check on wiki to make sure it hasn't been changed though.
