So did i read it correctly, we are getting a new dragon mask for 2012?
( Edit: nevermind, it's a recycled post from 2011)

Mirthful Dragon Mask On the final day of the festival Emperor Kisu of Cantha will present participants with a brand new festival mask. This year's mask design is inspired by the great dragons of legend. Just collect 250 victory tokens during the festival and participate in one of the Emperor's finale events. Don't worry if you miss the finale, just speak with Imperial Supply Master Kagno after the festival. He'll remain in Shing Jea Monastery for one week after the festival ends to give players an opportunity to redeem 250 victory tokens for this year's brand new festival mask. |

Noblewoman Sun Li now appears in Shing Jea Monastery and grants one Imperial Mask Token to players who complete her quest.
Imperial Supply Master Kagno now exchanges Imperial Mask Tokens for festival masks from years past.
Emperor Kisu no longer distributes festival masks during the final event.
This needs further clarification.

If Halloween and Wintersday going to be like Dragon Festival, no new hats but chance to get older hats, I hope we're allowed 2 hats each festival because you could in past years always get both hats by just doing finale twice.

That is what the offical Guildwars states yes new "Mirthful Dragon Mask". The confusion is in the post of the festival from the official wiki:
Noblewoman Sun Li now appears in Shing Jea Monastery and grants one Imperial Mask Token to players who complete her quest. Imperial Supply Master Kagno now exchanges Imperial Mask Tokens for festival masks from years past. Emperor Kisu no longer distributes festival masks during the final event. Sorry about this oversight!

"That’s why players will be able to get hats from years prior, at the rate of one per year during each respective festival."

This is, of course, subject to change when the events roll around. It will be especially interesting for the dual-hat Christmas years.

So, thanks to those double click spam titles, my mouse is too sensitive, and i took the wrong hat not on purpose at all..
Not like i'm caring much, but for those kind of items untradable and available once/year, it would be fine to have a message like " Are you sure you want to take this item", like in every game for important items..

So should we take this as final confirmation that GW is pretty much done in terms of any new content in any form? Or is their a small shred of hope that after GW2 launches the live team can and will get back to working on events and small content updates?
As for the one hat per year per account, why do it that way? Does it really make that big a difference if you allow people to collect all of them at one time? Waiting an entire year just for a hat seems to be a bit much.
