WTB inscr max q9 gold bows, ranger elite tomes

Nice skins (for the price) on the bows would be preferable. Not too expensive - 50kk or less.

I will accept exceptions to the inscription rule if the bow has the following inherents:

15% damage when HP over 50%
15% damage when enchanted

Ranger tomes are 4.5k each.
