But I figure since the non-inscribable inscription is max, though not exactly one that's very valuable, it's still worth some shinies right? :P

Could easily do a max furious and health mod

15% vs hexed is max (14% on purples)

while hexed max is a bit higher on purple currently (I think 18%)

Those facts = 50k orso for the value of this thing, at the most.
