I'm hoping to get GWAMM before GW2 comes out. I seriously doubt I'll be able to go back to GW1 after GW2 comes out, so basically I have 25 days. I need 3 more titles maxed, and the three most accessible ones for me at the moment are party/drunk/sweets.
The problem is, I only have 41k to my name. I might salvage my Vabbian armour and hope for gems, but that won't get me nearly enough.
So my question is this: what's the best way to earn sweet/drunk/party points before GW2 comes out?
My current totals:
8,359 party
4,732 sweet
3,775 drunk
Best way to earn party/sweet/drunk points in a month

Unfortunately, the best way to farm was the last Anniversary event due to the high number of drops. At the moment we're in the lull between events so your options are a bit limited.
The most reliable farm is Nicholas Sanford in Pre-Searing... but if you only have 25 days, that only amounts to maybe 300-400 per title. You can farm the Bear Hunters challenge, but it will be slow-going.
Honestly, your best bet may be to try and earn gold and buy from other players before the launch. Sell whatever you've been stowing away and won't need between now and launch. Farm Traveler's Gifts and as many Z-quests as you can, then sell them. Salvage that armor(chest and legs should return gems, I think) and sell the gems on Trade. Most importantly, pick and choose who you buy from. Look for people selling at the lowest cost per point and see if there are any bulk discounts. DP removal items tend to sell a bit cheaper and you can trade them for spammables.
If you don't make it in time, which I wouldn't be surprised by, your best bet is to return for the Halloween events with MKT. You can receive a lot of ToT bags through his quests and appearances. You can then trade them for the items you need or use them yourself.

Thanks for the reply.
I have like 80 captured skeletons in storage, I forgot to turn them in last year. That might be one of my best options.

That's about ~1.4 million to max all three titles. You can farm Secret Lair of the Snowmen for consumables. The other standard ways of getting money are also available. They are money titles, so get the money any way you can.

I would suggest completing the WoC story line in NM and HM. This will do a few things.
1: net you alot of gold, saphires and rubbies. Sell those off for the points you need. 117 plat, 3 diam, 2 Onyx, 4 Ruby, 3 Saph.
2: you will get a few consumables doing them. Most of all Ministerial Commendations and Imperial Guard Requisition Orders . You can sell off the Ministerial or get lockboxes and sell off the items.
Anyhow its a good way to get a quick 200k+

And obviously also do the WIK wanted quests (if you are able) and any of the Zaishen stuff for Z coins.

I'm in the same boat as you; With roughly the same points. Figured I'd just take it slow and easy with stuff like gifts and wait till Halloween for the long haul to finish it as recommended earlier though .
Guild Wars 1 is a very different beast from Guild Wars 2 so I have no worries or qualms about coming back later to finish up. It's a different game and is fun to play in it's own right.

If you come up short on GWAMM but still want it enough to come back for MKT, consider continuing to use a Pre-Searing character to farm for Gifts. It's a relatively small daily investment and you can buy extra points off other players if you have a windfall of gold or dye.
The gaming time in GW2 lost will be minor, and by October you'll be sitting on around 3000 extra title points just by gathering your own gifts.
Also, I'd really recommend doing as much of the gold-farming and point-buying before the deadline as you can. I wouldn't be surprised to see the cost rise and supply drop as launch gets close.

Try to farm each week for Nicholas the traveler (coordinates on the wiki) and use Trey's guide on youtube: gifts are sweet/party/alcohol points, and u also get a chance on getting a miniature (which you can sell). if you have enough points on one of the tracks, you could always try to trade it to others.
Or Secret lair of the snowmen (with party or solo, normal mode but I prefer HM): this will not net you fast points to deldrimor title track, but the chest (of Wintersday past) at the end of the dungeon will grant you (more items in HM) mostly 4 items, all party/alc/sweet points.
Alternatively you could try to do Kilroy Stonekins dunge (which also spawns a chest at the end with alcoholpoints only I think, but less items/points drop in this one) but I really couldn't do it in HM, it will hurt your fingers badly as well. Unless you're able to do it the way where u run and only fight the end boss.
