Zaishen/War in Kryta Alts?

Can each alt on your account pick up the daily Zaishen and Krytan Bounty quests (complete Wanted By The Shining Blade: Today's on Character 1, then that same quest on Character 2 that same day?) or does it work like Nicholas, where once one character has completed the daily quest(s) in rotation, no others on your account may?

Yes, signpost quests are per character.

yes each of your characters can pick up the zaishen quests/bounties/vanquishes and wanteds....It is not by account like Nic

Time to get all 10 characters through EotN/WiK and make 1 oppressor weap per day. >

You can get two opressor weapons from War in Kryta and the Hearts in the North follow up. If you do this on 3 or more alts you may have enough left over to get an extra opressor weapon after the initial 6.

Note also that if your alts have to go all the way through EotN to get access to WiK then make SURE you have a Hero's handbook on hand for each one. That heroes handbook can be turned in after completing EoTN to Asura, Norn, and Ebon Vanguard for 40k points which should get you to rank 5 where you can ten buy their armors at 50k.
