REALLY Need help, think title may be bugged or something!?!?!

Hi, I've been playing random arenas in an attempt to progress on the gladiator title track but since going on a 5 game win streak my wins have not been counting towards the title, and it remains on its current standing. I've retried random arenas several times on different days and 2 different characters but still cannot gain any progress. I was just wondering if maybe I'm doing something obviously wrong and there's an easy fix??? please help!!!

In order to gain progress towards the gladiator title, you have to have a streak of consecutive wins, 2 or more. Winning one match and losing the next doesn't gain any gladiator points. Getting a streak of 5 victories, then coming back another day and winning once doesn't do anything. Anytime you try RA, you have to win at least 2 matches in a row to gain gladiator points.
