HoM shopping list ? anyone able to direct me to a nice write up or post on this?

I am looking for a post or guide on things you can purchase from other players to complete HoM... i cannot find to seem a "shopping list" for this

the reason im looking for this...

I believe some things will become harder to find once GW2 gors live so i would like to stock pile things i can now...

I believe there are huge amounts of people in GW now and trade will become harder at release

so could someone point me in the direction of a shopping list of tradeable items to purchase to count towards the HoM that way ill know i have them and can progress on the progression part of Hom at my own pace over time and not fret

Most materials (both rare as common) are used for either creating destroyer weapons or elite armor. So listing them would be entering too much of a grey area. A few popular ones are

Huge question here ....

I read one guide that seemed well reviewed and well received tand the first thing it said to do to get to 30/50 hom was to create a pvp char get ten free z keys and sell them

I sold them for 59k gold ... Since u put z keys on list of things I should buy at the top of your list I'm now confused as to should I buy 10 z keys back for HoM now???

The money from the 10 zkeys will get you further in HoM then going for the 3 point Zaishen title.

They Zaishenkeys are used to open the zaishenchest. this rewards a pvp-statue in your HoM. The first PvP-statue gives 3 HoM-points and thats the reason why it is a popular feature. To get the statue however you need 200 keys. With the current pricetag of 6k, this means an investment of 1200k. This translates as 400k/hom-point making it reasonable expensive compared to other HoM-points.

This is the most important reason that most guides do not advise to keep the free 10 zaishen keys unless the guide is guiding you to 50/50.
