PC on two items in Pre-Searing

Can I get an idea of realistic sell-value in Pre-Searing for these items?

If u can wait , and don't rush to sell em, may be the charrslaying for arch can reach 4,5k

The AP for sword may be 2-3k.

They're not perfect though.
