heya
I dunno if I should post this on GW1 or GW2 lore and couldn't find a general thread talking about it, but what happened to all the heroes of the EoTN campaign?
I heard rumors such as
but I couldn't find anything that would support these rumors and i am wondering if anything was told about their future before GW2

Well Ogden didn't get turned into stone along with the other dwarves at the end of eotn, if that's anything to go by.

All dwarves eventually turn to stone. It was confirmed that Ogden is the only dwarf we'll see in GW2.

Other than Pyre and Jora being well known, I don't think I've seen anything on the deaths of heroes. There is also the fact that Livia, after becoming leader of the Shining Blade, traveled to Orr to obtain the Scepter of Orr and afterwards (or before hand?) worked with Blimm as an assistant.

yeah, a lot of unasnwered or half answered questions. We know bout Gwen's family. We know that Jora has a statue. I haven't seen references to pyre, Vekk or livia so far in gw2, but hoping to find more bout them in the future. Ogden is a seperate case. according to eotn he is the last surviving dwarf.

By "surviving" I suppose you mean "not turned to stone" - which is not true. Many dwarves haven't transformed by the end of Eye of the North. But eventually all do. Many dwarves likely still live underground, fighting destroyers, but only one - Ogden - is interacting with the other races.

We also know that Pyre has kids. His grand-daughter was the one who brought female charr back onto the battlefield.

Its amazing that many EOTN heroes have such a legecy into gw2 (Jora, Pyre), and yet so many human heroes are not mentioned at all. I mean, Devona and the gang was in all compaigns and a part of all storylines.

Fun fact: Kalla Scorchrazor, Pyre's granddaughter, was born in 1079 AE. The year that War in Kryta and Hearts of the North occurs.

He had children before Eye of the North and Prophecies even.

As to Devona and co... there are books on them in bookcarts throughout Divinity's Reach. There is also mention by a scribe of a scroll talking about the events of Prophecies. And the original 4 henchmen one can find in Ascalon City - their descendants can be found in Rurikton (with their GW2 version'd professions - warrior, ranger, elementalist, and guardian).

So Alesia isn't an idiot, she simply ahead of her time.

Nobody really remembers her, Koro Sagewind, one of the ebon vanguard that was following us around in "War in Kryta". I guess she could be an eotn hero, pretty obscure for most of us. When i was visiting Ebonhawke, one night in GW2, i found a couple of volumes from "The Founding". It stuck to me the way she died protecting the people who founded Ebonhawke. She created the illusion of a whole army to fool the overwhelming charr forces and saved the lives of every Ascalonian that was travelling that day to the edge of the Crystal Desert.

"Koro approached the camp at dusk, her two defenders nowhere in sight. Her pace slowed and staggered. Blood dripped from her face and, blinded, she tripped over a rock. She fell before our makeshift camp. Koro had tapped her own life force so that we would make it. Keiran held her in his arms in her final moments. She reminded him of the last time she had created such an illusion to save her unit, years before."
