Is the Tormented weapon you receive treated as an ordinary weapon when it comes to attaching/salvaging upgrades, or is it treated like a BMI weapon which can't be "broken" during salvaging?

Tormented weapons cannot be salvaged but they can be broken if you don't use a Perfect Salvage Kit
