Hey!
I get back to play Guild Wars, and I really enjoying my old Dervish. I made pretty nice build to work with my heroes or other players. But i have few questions what is Dervish means this days.
How about farming by Dervish? Is it good idea or better try with other class? Is it even possible to farm like Sins or Monks? Can I get some tips to PvE Solo-Team Dervish style to play?
Thanks

By taking a quick look at PvX Wiki, it seems the Dervish can farm Raptors, Vaettir, Sensalis, and various parts of UW/FoW, but I have no personal experience doing any of those things.
When I was doing Hm stuff on my Dervish I remember enjoying Vow of Strength (most defensive but least fun), Pious Renewal (most offensive but also fragile), and Onslaught (best mix of offence & defence and most fun to play), so those are 3 general builds that I would recommend.
I would also recommend you give Strength of Honor to a hero and keep it maintained on yourself. You could also use Judge's Insight, but I never bothered with it.

Dervs are fun, can get dull though if you play one build. I like switching up between AoG, VoS, and Onslaught.

The builds I usually play on my Derv act as mob magnets so my backline can spike. I either go /W for SY! or /A for a shadowstep (or two).
General purpose I use a Pious Renewal build while packing AoHM.
For areas I know will have lots of balled up groups or are easy to ball I'll use a VoS/SS build.
Onslaught is awesome for bar compression, and AoD is great for doing damage while healing.

I used to do solo dungeons, duo fow (full) , UWSC and farming with various uncommon builds.
For most dungeons you wont even need a BU, just take Cupcake as speedboost
When knowing pretty much all the skills and dervish-abilities, you can do almost anything with it, trust me, ive been there

Derv has been my main for years, still love it!
We've had a lot of farms through the years, we can still farm chaos plains, FoW, and smites in UW now though, as well as vaettir, raptors, and 130hp melee mobs

Ive been away from guild wars for a long time and Ive noticed that there were builds for indefinite AoB but a lot of the mechanics have changed and certain abilities no longer allow for the build to work, my question is, is there a way to achieve this still of at least a semi permanent version?
Cuilan
What do you mean semi-permanent? Recast it.
AxelLysander
Keeping it up longer then the from normally allows usually a lot longer.

Welcome back and all. You can maintain all dervish forms without any additional skills.
