In pvp random arena, how can I see the actual health points, energy points and skills my teammates are using? I can only see their health bars. Thanks.

You cannot unless they "ping" them for you. I think it's shift-click on the hp bar or skill icon, for instance, which might announce in party chat:

"My health is 550 of 550."
"I am using Resurrection Signet on Kevin32!"
"Kevins Opponent is using Meteor Shower!"
"I am wielding an Overpowered Scepter of Pwnage."

There is also the option of pinging their entire skill bar, but really that's too much information for random arena. You should not ask your teammates to ping their build.

You could watch their action bars, but if you're spending all your time doing that, you're probably not helping the team.

Good luck!

Sofonisba is absolutely correct. You can't see them unless you specifically ask the players on your team to ping it, and they do.

Overall, it isn't worth it to know each team members exact health because you can get a general idea from the party window tab.

For energy and skills you just have to trust your team members know what they are doing in energy management and the skills they pick.

if you really want to know, then ask, but not in the middle of the battle!

It's actually quite reasonable to do exactly this in 2 cases:

1. You're dead and waiting for one of your other party members to rez you. You want to know exactly the moment you'll be rezzed so you can start contributing to the team again.

2. The match is basically won already and you're the monk on the team and not having to use your skills nearly as much. It's helpful to see what your teammates are during these few less busy moments to gain information that will help you in future matches.
