Hello good people of Tyria! I, Buzan, am thinking of selling off most of the things in my estate. Yes, Estate. That's the class word for lot of junk. .

I don't really know each of the items are worth, but I do know that for many of them, if you don't buy them from me, you won't find one in this game anymore, easily or at all.

I only want ectos for prices over 100k, no zkeys, no armbraces, no trades.
I would prefer only gold for prices less than 100k, but I will take ectos.

If a B/o is taken, you will get the item - regardless if someone bids more than that B/o price. The first person that takes it, gets it.
