More than one Panic Mesmer in a team?

Does anyone imagine there would be any additional benefit to having more than one Panic Mesmer in a team in most situations? Or does their effectiveness kind of cap out at one?

There's really no easy answers to such questions. Do you encounter large groups of foes? Are the foes mainly physicals, casters, or mixed?

The best answer to your question is to probably find a test area and go vanquish say 100 foes, then repeat and see if there's any significant difference. Compare time of completion, any deaths, heroes running out of energy, etc.

One is enough. You can not put twice the same hex on a foe. It will be overloaded.

I used to play with a Panic and an Inept but now I just go 2 esurge with cry and mistrust.

i run mezmers all the time, the problem i have fround is that as i look at bar (hero) when its open for both, thay use there elit at the eaxct same time. thus no elit for (x) amount of time. so what i do is bring a keystone sig mez (monk smite second)
