It's a shadow staff? anyways it does have HSR, just in gold text. They used to drop like this before the update to staffs so it's just old. Not sure if it's worth anything but maybe some collector would like to buy it.

Those staffs withouth white inherent 20% HSR are called Prenerf Staves, and yes it's a Shadow staff not Raven staff ^^ As to the price check dunno how much interest there would be in that one considering what the second mod is.

quite useless, would get around 2e-5e, not even worth selling tbh, just keep it on a storage or mod it up and give it to a hero.

pre nerf, one mod useless, but second mod on same attr as req - on a staff that drops in multiproffession... - should get 5e if you find a collector
