I remain unsure about Splinter Weapon if it's just minions that the heroes may cast it on.

Using Leech Signet over Waste Not, Want Not because it's a signet and can interrupt.

Likely will be using the mesmer AP bar that's shown lower on the page.

The ones that summon have a superior rune while the others have only minor.

Your SoS rit should run out of enery pretty quick, I would replace Rejuvenation with Spirit Siphon.
Also, if you dont flag your heroes carefully, your team is weak against aoe attacks. Stand your Ground instead of or in addition to Fallback could be usefull.

This is what I use for most of WoC http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/1781/hm2me.png

I just made the change over to "Stand Your Ground!"

Warning the Angchu HM is killing me. Have been using the two ritualists plus a defensive ST ritualist. I even set up additional spirits where that side group comes in.
---------
Edit: So the spirit decoy thing was useless. Quest became easy with finding the right place to be.

I lack the confidence in condensing that much faith into BIP.

Life Attunement that worth it?

Spirit's Gift with only two spirits?

I actually Esurged this quest since it's a four area and the heroes lacked AoE. That makes me feel like a bad player since I relate that elite to heroes and bad players.

I did "Warning the Angchu" HM using
- Ele prot infuse
- SoS restoration Rit
- Panic mesmer

Key was the positioning of the ele healer behind Soar on max range and spamming prots and heals on him, so he doesnt get spiked down.

I am not that convinced on BiB either. It's working, like it would without it and modifying the builds to be selfsustained.

I like Spirit Gift, it gives 3 aoe heals with aoe condition removal in 15 secondes due to Soul Twisting.

Regarding Life Attunement, I use this ele healer for years now. I tested a lot of modifications of that build. I fould this build overall the best. With Life Attunement, one skill or one external heal tops him nearly of after using infuse. The hero wont use infuse health if he is not near full health, so topping him of fast is important. In addition it is another enchantment on him helping with ether renewal.

I can't really say how much help this will be to you, but I was on my Paragon, running Ursan with Air of Superiority and There's Nothing to Fear, acting as a tank, using an Ineptitude mesmer (or you can probably get away with Psychic Instability, with a Healing Burst hero monk. My 4th was an Assassin friend that was with me for all of WoC HM, he was using a Moebius Blossom spam type of thing. My only defense was when TNtF was up, along with Stand Your Ground, the rest of the time was just the monk doing what he had to do. I didn't use cons. On your mesmer I'd run more of an aoe spike, AP with EVAS + FH + YMLAD has never been a favorite of mine. It lacks the AoE firepower needed, especially for a 4 person quest. I hope this helps, I found Ursan to be incredibly useful all throughout Winds of Change, the AoE knockdown is really helpful along with how beastly you can become.

I was using the minion master, SoS, and the SoGM rits with an Energy Surge build. The build was slow and clunky which is why I did many quests with Assassins' Promise.

I didn't mention that I didn't use cons either. Possible I might have used a res scroll in a very early quest when with players, but I have my doubts. I dropped Winds of Change shortly after the quests were released.

So anyways I finished WoC hard mode. Thanks.

Might try the Kappa quest...
