If I remember correctly I bought my r8 Fire 10/10 Prenerf Zodiac for something around 400e~ from a friend. I also have an r8 Fire 10/10 Prenerf Forbidden Staff that was definitely more than a stack. I don't have access to my old screenshots anymore, or else I would check to confirm.
That being said, I think these fall into similar territory. Of course these suffer from being Blood, but I wouldn't be surprised at each of them being 250e+. The platinum could be significantly more, honestly.
Its very difficult to accurately price-check them, as it depends how badly someone is looking to buy one.
Koi Scepter,req 9 Curses, HCT Curses 20%, E+5^50
This is at least 40-45e. HCT 20 / +5e^50 is the most sought after mod after 20 / 20 HCT HSR. Koi scepters are also quite beautiful.
