5^50 is an inscription only mod and cannot come as an inherent(unless its a green item)
+5(energy?) while enchanted doesn't exist at all as far as i know.

You can upgrade inscribable staves with +5 energy while health is above 50% or with +5 energy while enchanted inscriptions, i was wondering if os staves existed with these mods in their inscription slots or if they only come with condition redux, 10% HCT and x% HCT of linked attribute.

OS Staves they drop with +5energy mode simple ( Insightful Staff Head) and HCT 10% for example Zodiac Staff Q9/13 OS 20/10 . as for wands yes they drop OS with +5^50 or +5/Ench or +15/-1 etc and HCT or HSR 10% . lol Sun strike +5eng/ench it does exist as Inscription and inherent for OS wands/rods ...

as for 5w/e inscription ive never payed attention to it on staffs
