The staves are both definitely merch fodder.
There are a fair amount of prenerf staves lying around the world of Guild Wars. Those ones are certainly not special enough to warrant any attention.
As far as the runes go, I can't really help you.
The 10/9 Sundering Mod on the Hammer is pretty exciting though.

I have to agree about the pre-nerf staves. There are a few collectors out there that kick around in Kamadan from time to time who would probably pick them up for a couple plat or so if you want to sell, but as far as a high end price, I don't see it. As for the hammer...I wish I knew the market on the 10/10s better, but I do know there's some ecto in your future.
