Reduces Crippled duration on you by 20% (Stacking)

Plagueborn Scepter
Cold Dmg: 9-15 (Requires 5 Communing)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
Energy +5 (while Enchanted)

Truncheon
Dark Dmg: 11-21 (Requires 9 Death Magic)
Halves skill recharge of Death Magic spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +5 (while Enchanted)

Fire Wand
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 10 Fire Magic)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Energy +15
Energy regeneration -1

White Reaver
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 12 Axe Mastery)
Energy +5
