No.

I'm not a DoA specialist, but I don't think you get hexed too much in DoAsc, so it's not useful for that.

Having said that, the mods are max, so maybe 20-30e or so, just cus it's vs demons.... But get a DoAsc expert to confirm...

I like to Hero/Hench (I guess its just hero these days, though) in DoA, pretty often.

You get hexed pretty often in DoA. City has very nasty Adren Denial and Anti Shout Hexes iirc.

I don't know how generally useful it would be in DoA, but I think more than Max's estimate is reasonable.

Ask a real DoASCer though.
