Saturday is coming, and we'll plan on doing southern Shiverpeaks at the usual time, around 8pm GMT. Hopefully we'll be able to do all three missions getting us to Ring of Fires. Whisper me ~30min before event if you're interested to join us, IGN: Seven of Nine Heals.

Many also started to create new Faction chars which we will continue with after completing Prophecies. I have two characters still in Shing Jea myself.

I was thinking...

Since we are now growing up a bit as a Guild, we can also start new projects, to get people more involved. We already discussed about the Factions group and the new Prophecies group (the latter would be mainly for helping those players/toons which are still stuck in Pre/Post Ascalon), but we can do something more. I was planning to make a toon for Title Hunting, starting in Prophecies to get LDoA (and Survivor, maybe), and then play slowly throughout the whole game.

But, I think we need to find a slightly bigger Alliance. Sincerely, this one we have at the moment is pretty "dead", we need to find an Alliance with people that will help us and get involved in the game, a big group of active players, so we could do missions and quests with full humans groups. People that will help us to get into more aspects of the game, like PvP, SC, and more. Also, an Alliance with people to hang out with, talk with, have fun with.

Maybe it's just me, I spend a huge portion of my time in this game and frequently get bored by the absence of things to do or people to chat with, but I think we should invest a bit more time and efforts trying to improve our Guild and find a spot in a medium/big, active, friendly, Kurzick Alliance.

I'd offer my guilds, but I am the ONLY active member in both (and we are luxon ).

but yeah, having a few more active people would be nice

If any active [Kurzick] alliance read this and willing to take in 1-2 guilds, we'd be very happy. A place where we could enjoy a bit ally chat, and where your members could join us trekking through the game one mission at a time (if and whenever they wanted).

Luxon, cosyfiep, how about you change to Kurzick?
Well, problem would still remain about finding some active guilds

* Ring of Fire mission * Saturday * 8pm GMT * 1pm PST *

We're about to finish up Prophecies, feel free to join us as we'll try to tackle the last three missions. PM me ~30 minutes before event, IGN Seven of Nine Heals.

After this we'll start over with Factions campaign. If you failed to join us during our trek through Prophecies, don't miss out when we start with Cantha.

We breezed through Fire Island with full human team, and only a few blisters. It looked a bit grim at one point, but two brave elementalists doing hit and run tactics managed to save the day

By request, we're not starting off a new chapter with Factions right away. Next week will be defending Tyria from titans, as well as a trek into Sorrow's Furnace.

Thanks all who made this possible, from Old Ascalon all the way to wiping the smug off Undead Lich Lord's face

Shouldn't we also pay a visit to the Tomb of the Primeval Kings before heading off to Cantha?

Sure we can do Tombs also. There's no rush doing Cantha if people wants to finish up lose ends in Prophecies first.

As for Cantha, we will most likely start from Kaineng City. Anyone whose starting out a new fresh Canthan character would have at least 2-3 weeks to get their characters they want to join with off Shing Jea island.

Which order do you prefer we do remaining Prophecies things?

I suggest:
1. Titan Quests
2. Sorrow's Furnace
3. Tombs of Primeval Kings
4. We move on to Factions (eventually come back to Prophecies for HM missions/quests)

tombs is a one shot deal,
sorrows furnace is a bunch of quests so it will take longer
the titan quests is where I would start...though when we get back to ascalon it might be a bit harder since its again a team of 4!

so tombs would be a good starting point, unless we only have a small group then the titan quests in kyrta and ascalon would be good (though you still need to do that first one in mineral springs--if memory serves).

best to ask whomever shows up which they wish to do ...and then the group can make a decision that way (how diplomatic of me)

That sounds like a reasonable plan, people show up and we decide then

Read there are a few tactics you can do with the last 4-party Titan quest. But also read they're much easier these days due to Eye of North/Nighfall skills. Then again most in our party don't get or bring those skills yet lol.

There is always Hardmode to work with.
Don't forget there's FoW and UW now, as well.

I propose we handle the Titan quests since they are effectively part of the Prophecies storyline, and then look into the endgame areas concurrently with our progress in Factions. Otherwise we might never make it off Shing Jea!

Alright, I suggest we schedule two days/week, one for missions and one for extras like Tombs, Sorrow's, FoW, UW.

This Saturday we most likely do Titan quests. If we get enough people it's a good time to set/change these days or make other suggestions. We then post it here and give anyone who couldn't join a chance to comment as well.

Poor Lich. I tried stopping them but they wouldn't listen. Some nonsense about not wanting the world to be destroyed... (I think they were jealous of your sexy accent, if that helps). Next time I'm gonna join Rurik. We'll hold them off!

Anyway.. I didn't think I'd get to the end of it. Now I have a beautiful book I can spend ages agonizing over, since I don't want to hand it in (even though I could use the platinum). It was a fun journey! I'd forgotten about this thread... until now, so I just had to contribute to it somehow (albeit with an useless post). Thanks everyone!

I say that if we manage to put together enough people we can start doing something tonight (Fri 8/23/2013). We now can find some support within the alliance, and this way we can move faster to Factions.

Also, for the HM part, I suggest to do it with the Zaishen Quests: Pick up only the quests related to Tirya and do them while we play Factions. This will keep a slow pace and would be better since the gold and experience gain would be higer (not to mention we could even gain zcoins).

Also, we maybe need to discuss whether people prefer to keep the Tiryan toons for Factions, or create brand new toons (but i think that the latter will be the selected choice).

I already created a new canthan for our trip thru factions, though I would also like to get my ele thru it as well (she wants some nice elite armor).

I also have new canthan toons, a Sin that made her way to Kaineng, and a monk still at Shing Jea's Monastery, but I will also keep going through Cantha with my ranger.
