PC Unded Vizu, q8 Eshield, Wand 20/19, Perf shield

Title says pretty much all. I need a few opinions of these items:

1- Unded Vizu, a friend sold one for 84a a few months ago, don't know if the price changed?

2- Eternal Shield q8/16 +33^st +8 blunt

3- Air Wand q9 20/19 Air

4- Tower Shield q9 -2wE +10 Plants

2. gold i assume?, should be able to get 5e+ atleast or so to a nerfed item collector
3. 10-15k+, personally id hero it.
4. 10-15e to a tower shield collector who needs it imo.
