Honestly I think 300-350 is market value. The person selling it has been trying to get 400-450 and he's been selling it for what 6months? Ek may be right though.

The more I ponder about it, the more I tend to agree with Surge on a lower value...
Also, an item is only worth what someone is will to pay for it. Sounds to me like the seller is "sentimentally attached" to this sword, else it would have been sold a long time ago.

he's been actively selling it for weeks, after returning to the game and he told me he's looking for 400.
Clearly no one has offered 400, as he's still spamming it in Kamadan....
So I would say its not worth 350 either, but the seller is clearly hoping for someone to dig deep, but as it hasn't happened, I'd say he's overpricing it.

Agreed. As I said, he's been selling it on and off for 6 months ish. When he started I offered him an unded dhuum for it about 6 months ago. I thought that was fair then, looking back maybe I even offered high then.
My guess is that it won't sell because for the past 6 months no one has deemed that sword to be worth more to him or her than the owner of it himself.

ive offered him 450e(which is overpriced as it is) on several occasions dating back since january or february through to May, kid is clearly too greedy and declined.
