PC on some old items. long sword, sephis axe

Could I get PCs on some of these items. They are all non-inscribed.

Yeah sun is referring to the req 8 long.
r9 15^50 long ~20k
Twin Hammer - 5k
Sephis ~10k imo
Feathered long bow - merch or a few k, not worth the trouble though

consumables 80-100g / point

Not sure - but the Sundering 10/9 on bow - should be worth a few k?
