This item has a non-max AR value(max would be AR16), thus not perfect....
Also advise by modifying your original post, if this shield is Tact or Str.

I can't see it getting a lot of interest tbh, so maybe 50-100k? Wait for another opinion as I do not have a lot of experience with these low AR shields.

oh i see how it is, dont take my opinion in game huh? =P I honestly can't see anyone having any interest in this shield. maybe 50-100k if u sell it to someone who either doesnt know game, or is obsessed with low req stuff. otherwise id say merch or 5-10k if lucky. just my opinion tho
