I had a 7/16 tactics celestial with -2/stance single mod.
I picked it up for 5e, and struggled to sell it for a while, eventually selling it for 8e.
Having said that, I sometimes see it being spammed in Kamadan, obviously going round the various traders, each one adding his own margin to it as it goes.
I wouldn't expect too much for it, I'm sad to say.
