Barred The Phoenix Lord from buying in this thread due to illicit behaviour.
Trade was to be done for a +5E plagueborn hammer, -he'd been directed to the thread previously, when trade was being done he put up 30k and rapidly said ty.
After some haggling i sold it for 45k.

Afterwards he wanted to see what else i had for sale - even though most items i sell are in this thread. It ended up with a guest invite to his guildhall where he proceeded to try and convince me that a theoretical perfect Rare (gold) q8 inscr offhand would be worth 5e (the asking price for a blue q8 blood offhand that im selling, "50k").

[EDIT] This is not how i normally handle customers, even those who accidentally or with purpose try to scam me, but by his routine he's actually gotten some unlucky (probably newb) players to trade with him in the past.
