Had this staff sitting in my storage for awhile-No idea where it came from
Its:

Insightful ghostly staff of Fortitude
Energy+10
Fire dmg -11-22 (Req 8 spawning power)
Halves skill recharge of spawning power spells (19%chance)
+5energy
+30hp

Wondering if it has any value as i'm returning and clearing out what may be junk.
