That's the r8 str bladed shield which has been going round for over a year.
I've seen estimates from 50 to 500e.
Simple answer is that it's worth whatever you can get for it. It's not particularly useful for DoA, and it's str, when people want tactics.

Agreed with Max. Honestly, I don't think its worth more than 100e. Yes, its q8. Yes, the mods are basically a garbage set. Yes, its been traded around for over year.
