Is that still a relevant place to get support for GW1. They may all be dead over there, someone needs to check. In all seriousness someone please help point me in the right direction I waited a month now with no responses from that address. I've searched so much for a solution to my problem and keep getting dead ends on old threads from 2 or 3 years ago on various forums.

I was wondering about this too. I have submitted a ticket November 20th, and I have not received a response at all. They usually get back to me within 24 hours. Of course that was a few months ago.

Some of the links in those threads are dead, which doesn't inspire confidence, but Gaile does post semi-regularly in the Account Support section. If you try doing those things and you still get nowhere make a thread there and hopefully she'll respond.

For those interested, I have just this evening put in a ticket at NCSoft support as Age has suggested and will be keeping track of whether I get a response and how long it takes. I am dealing with the same issue of being unable to request a password reset.

I have received an e-mail support reply and am able to again access my account.
The time-frame for my response was actually only about 1 business day (I think the weekends may drag out response time).
The only adjustment to Age's suggestion is that for Guild Wars 1, you'll need to submit a ticket here...
