q 13 means you need 16 in hammer mastery for max damage... the worst req for an hammer of course...

No, q13 means you need 13 in hammer mastery.
It requires 13 for max damage.
Not 12, not 16.

Higher hammer mastery improves your chance of landing a critical hit only...

But yeah, 10k or so.

ya that's what i meant. i was speaking about critical dmg of course, so 16 in hammer mastery for a q 13

so, if you put 13 in hammer, you deal more dmg with a q9 than a q13
