good skin 1 good mod other mod is iffy, so i cannot judge this shield to be over 25e and thats prob a stretch

due to the fact its that many points off of perfect +45 i'd have to say i'd see it running at about 10-13e maybe up to 18-20 if u got lucky but seeing that shield soo close to perfect :'( but hey not a bad find there
