I saw that the official forum guide had it listed at 150-250e but this was last updated June 15th 2012. Was wondering if that price was still correct or if it has changed in the past year and a half?

changed---you can now get them during the canthan new year--which just happens to be going on right now.
You can get ALL the celestial minis--so the price for them all should be very very minimal.
