got this axe from Outcast farm..i was thinking its worth something since its non-inscr version drops only from Outcasts and chests near them.

nope
can also drop from am fah / jade brotherhood....
but still a rly rare drop indeed!

could see it go for 30-40e~ (maybe even more if enough interest)
