Anyone knows when it's gonna be? Need about 500 points till maxing treasure hunt title and I intend to return in gw1 during event for completing this job . Ty.

so it will start on the 10th of April this year (and most likely next year...and possibly the year after....)

Anyone knows why there are birthday cupcakes, honeycombs, hard apple ciders etc. dropped all over the place? Shouldn't Anniversary Celebration start on 22 April?

Glad to see that others are seeing this already too. Looks like Birthday celebration is waaaay early. Won't hear any complaints from me!

yeah I was getting bottle rockets, sugary blue drinks, tokens, honeycombs, ales, all kinds of stuff last night.

I'm almost thinking that it will be a month long thing and it was done on purpose, since I started noticing it at the beginning of the month.

yeah was kind of wondering if that is the case.......seem to remember a few years ago they had the birthday celebration for the whole month so perhaps they messed up with the automation and reverted back to that years codes.

(not complaining about it--just need to have time to play!!)

i love these drops, and if its the whole month, we also get golden eggs through em (or havent you seen login announcement yet?)

i know many people who will be happy if its whole month (probably almost all GW's current players)

no eggs dropping, just party points (rockets, sparklers, etc), honeycombs, victory tokens, and the cupcakes that are supposed to be dropping. No I would not like a whole month of them, but I also have finished my party and sweet (and alcohol) titles on enough characters to not need them any more (golden eggs--yet would love them to drop for a whole month, but alas they are not dropping until the 10th).

I can verify yes on both, got a party beacon from the WiK boss Lashona and my 2nd account just got the hound.

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the event, but bosses are dropping battle ice teas and party beacons. I've gotten 3 teas and 2 beacons so far and they drop along with other items from bosses.

I guess there's still two weeks before the game NPCs show up though.

and yeah, the boardwalk isnt open yet either (now that would be fun...20+ days of afk on the rings?)

Eggs and bunnies are now dropping along with the previous items. I'm surprised there isn't more favor by now.

and even though they said it wouldnt start until the 22nd...the boardwalk is open and the beetleracing npcs are out too....(guess that would be what the update was about today?)
