TBH, I really think you are setting a precedence with these items, which is why no-one can really PC them. :/
Previous to your auction, I would have said 10-15e max for both & even that was being generous.
EDIT: Especially when Max versions do exist.

Nah, I bought a 1-off r7 hammer a while back for 150-ish...I think 135 but can't be sure.
100+ for a 1-off r7 sword is new to me though (though a crys would be a far different story, as would a mursaat or canthan hammer)
