I don't know if my internet is just acting up but does the forum "Off topic" have only four threads? o.o Even if I reload, it's all I can see. Why can't I view the other threads? Help please

there are more than 4 topics, however, if you have your settings to show only recent topics, then yes you will see only 4---the others have not been posted in in some time 
---let me look up how to show older topics for you.....ah...found it...at the bottom of the forum you will see DISPLAY OPTIONS in a box....on the box with 'from the'...pick..the beginning and you will see all the threads from when that forum started (should be universal for the whole forum, if not select it for each forum) or select a little less long time frame for not as many threads
